On Dec 3 my mom went into hospital care for fatal cancer. The Business's Holiday celebration was planned for Sunday, Dec 18. Our designated times off (that are determined by administration, and change almost regular) for December were Fridays and Saturdays. On Friday, Dec 17, at 3pm, while my spouse and that I were at my momis house obtaining her issues so as I obtained a phone from my immediate boss Louis Santiago. He explained I'd been designated to function 24 hours later since I have was not likely to the Holiday celebration. I told him that (A) Fridays and Saturdays were my designated times down, and (W) I'dnot be joining the celebration when I experienced it had been more very important to be with my desperate mom (she died Jan 6). On Jan 7 Mr Santiago published up a notice of disciplinary action for insubordination for declining to focus on Dec 18. I believe many people might realize that getting this disciplinary activity, particularly soon after the demise of the member of the family, is very unsettling and demanding to myself and my family. Yet this isn't surprising.in March I requested the area mgr Edward Inesta for Christmas off since (A) I'd done Christmas the entire year before, and (W) my mom was desperate and these could be her last vacations. I had been compelled to focus on Christmas regardless.
On Tuesday Dec 21 an employee conference occured by which Mr Inesta exposed the assembly by cursing at his subordinates prior to going onto reveal how fortunate we were to work with a household friendly organization for example Sizewise (sic). I came across these comments equally unpleasant and hypocritical.
