I had been employeed by Lucille Roberts for three years. New administration in the service chose to employ another personal trainer to displace me after I was on holiday. After I questioned why this occurred the supervisor explained she was attempting to be reasonable. I expected reasonable to whom. She stated the brand new teacher she employed was just ready to show on a single specific day-so she chose to provide her my place. How is that this reasonable to some devoted worker that has been there to show? I did so have another course about the team exercise routine. I arrived to train my course and right after my course the supervisor advised me that I had been no further required in the service. After I questioned why she explained I had been overdue for course and also the new teacher has "tripled" the course figures. To begin with that is difficult. Our courses were perfectly visited and kept roughly 50 individuals. It'd be difficult for that space to put on 150 partcipants. I had been provided no spoken or created warining when this occurred.
