COMES NOW, former worker, Thomas Earl III truthfully states towards the people looking for work and customers; From 5 to 12 I experimented with consult with the Wyndham Global superiors within an unsuccessful work to prevent dishonest and illegal conduct.

Factual allegations

1. Someday on or around May 19, I experienced nuisance and elegance by retaliation from Wyndham Global for confirming illegal and dishonest conduct. 11. On 10-14, Wyndham misrepresented my Revenue identification number and Dis. Rep. Title. Again, Wyndham released revenue identification credit to * Revenue identity-17*. Once More, I informed Wyndham’s agreement running about agreement # 00065-*.

12. On 10-20, Wyndham misrepresented my Revenue identification number and Dis. Rep. Title. Wyndham released revenue identification credit to * Revenue identity-6*. Again, I informed Wyndham about agreement # 00065-0735354.

13. On 10-20, WYndham misrepresented the my Revenue identification number and Dis. Rep. Title. Wyndham released revenue identification credit to * Revenue identity-0*. Again, I informed Wyndham about agreement # 00065-*.

14. On 10-22, WYndham misrepresented my Revenue identification number and Dis. Rep. Title. Wyndham released revenue identification credit to * Revenue identity-18*. Once More, I informed WYndham about agreement # 00065-0735662.

15. Throughout The month of January I documented 21 internet revenue split by 131 internet excursions = 16% top bottom price. Again, Wyndham wrongfully charged me by having an additional visit in January which decreased my Feb fee bottom price by -$2035.75. Again, I submitted numerous incomplete revenue credit grievances with Wyndham and watchdog organizations. “The MONK is protecting the CHICKEN HOUSE”

16. Sometime around March 25, I required to move back again to Sc to look after my newborn child. I stayed put into revenue overage after I had been authorized for FLMA problems. I had been also put into podium sales displays with newer sales associates of Defendants.
