A fellow employee from the name of melissa ellis hasbeen bothering me going back 5 weeks. I've let administration understand many times but it still happens. She calls me titles, makes improper comments, and makes the work zone really hostle.in the restaurant there's no recruiting to contact. As well as the manager as well as the harrassor are buddies, and that i believe thats why nothing has been done about the problem. It got so bad that nowadays i'd to really stop my work. Today i'm unemployed because of the harassment. I thought there is regulations put in place to insure the safety of personnel, but at this specific restaurant they dont pass the guidelines. I'm taking further action about that. And that i am not the only real staff being harrassed by melissa, im alone who had been brave enough to say anything. This shouldnt happen to any employees nor the clients. Melissa has several complaints in her file in addition to write-ups for simalar circumstances. Thanks
