I've been employed by Sears Holdings for some time today. And that I work on the Kmart in Fitchburg, MA. I'm a great employee and follow the guidelines. But regardless of howmuch I actually do for them or just how much instruction and understanding I've I'll never obtain a increase. I had been rufused a to be there nearly 12 months 5!!! You'll find three new affiliates whom continues to be below for around 2 weeks, and that I only recognized that I've been trainign them for nothing... They create exactly the same pay-as me, and occasionally have more hours than me!!!?? They declare it is because their fresh plus they want to get in more hours than you. However it's been over per month!!! Hi!!!??? Why must I be refused a riase...?? Well, they also stated it is because they truly are in a PAY INCREASE FREEZE!!!? Nicely, I understand there are three or even more affiliates that got their increases since they changed to some greater or other division. Why, again, must I be refused only a $0.25 increase? I am talking about I perform several division myself
Does someone else believe this really is BULL!!!??
I've attempted to get hold of corporate however they haven't responded. I've spoken with my other affiliates plus they all state YOU WILL NEED A INCREASE TODAY
