I've been employed by the organization since I began being an eye-wear advisor and was marketed to eye-care boss in 2006. Our area continues to be through bad management since I have've been there. Our first GM quit with anxiety about being fired, the prior ECS was fired, and obviously the RM and Revenue Supervisior briefly stop after. Our first MOD walked down and we were without having administration aside from me along with a fresh woman who ended up to be always a RM. Then we eventually got a brand new MOD after which she quit nearly annually later. I'd to locate protection of physicians till we got a brand new MOD, and we will have had exactly the same MOD since 2008. We've experienced 7 GMis about the retail part.
