I'd been without work with a couple of months after being let go from my ten-year placement within the Technology area. I'd observed an advertisement on Craigslist and chose to deliver my application since it stated it had been a work. I thought it had been peculiar since the title of the company seemed as an insurance provider. I've been quite a long time person in the union for Electician and HVAC and not heard about an insurance agents marriage. But, being eager for function, I chose to deliver my application. I acquired a call-back from the repetition called Craig. First, he recognized he obtained my application from Craigslist plus they needed me in the future set for an appointment. The meeting was quite amusing. I had been dressed up in a better match compared to man who questioned me but I had been ethical and noticed his message. Well, that was just what it was, a message! I subsequently questioned him exactly what the work name was and he explained that I'd be instruction to get a Supervisors placement and could be creating my own personal group. Then I recommended him I'd requested a Person Support position, not really a Supervisors position. He did't have a solution for that and so I chose to toss another issue. I asked exactly what the pay was. He sits in his seat and starts to inform me when I bustle, I really could create a thousand bucks in my own first-year. I chuckled and requested, "Therefore, this can be a commission-based placement, right?" He explained that yes, it was a commissoned centered placement and might later become an hourly plus commisssion. I ripped out the craigslist advertisement and confirmed him what I'd read. Their grin converted into a frown and explained that I possibly was not a great fit-for the organization. I chuckled and requested, "What comapny, buddy?" I got my "clean" application from his table, thanked him and quit. I told others within the waiting-room this was a work fraud and also to reconsider implementing. Three others around my age went out.
