A week ago I discovered of the Ross District Supervisor within the Texas region calling a worker, "The cancer of the shop." I understand that phrase can be used among supervisors but never STRAIGHT TO a worker. Personally I think the worker includes a legitimate complaint. This worker has been bothered since the worker is producing more income compared to organization really wants to spend. The cash is well-deserved. The word, "Cancer of the shop" is just a private slur and it is unpleasant to anybody of personality.
When you have great guidance regarding this crime, I'd request you to please keep it below with this site. Thanks for that feedback.
