Ongoing harassment and solitude. Operating the midshift (11am to 5pm), the administration loves to abandon the unfavored worker within the Drive-Thru screen alone. The Drive-Thru screen, based on the Sonic recommendations and pamphlets, demands between two to four individuals to operate it quick and effective. Actually the clients have experienced the strain, and also have record them without evail. Humorous since recently there have been two no-call-no-show workers that did not get changed, or spoke to. They arrived in today and nothing was stated. Consistancy and regard is terrible. The AM team has plenty of issues. The PM crew rocks, and we are a-team, although there are certainly a few small issues but nothing beats your day staff. What exactly do I actually do? I'm attempting to move to a different Sonic, additionally requested twice to become just on PM team.
