This event of harassment with a Safeway Store-Manager occurred today, June 9 at around 5:15 within the morning.
I had been purchasing a dessert to get a birthday celebration, I requested Maribel (responsible for bakery) to produce the "Annie Happy Birthday". She stated she'll contact somebody bec. She does'nt understand how to and he or sheis simply assisting because division. She named Michael R. The supervisor. I told him employ color green frosting. I realized that he's composing on the surface of the dessert that's lots of white chocolate shavings. Therefore I stated "Iam not obtaining that dessert anymore, I've been awaiting nearly an hour or so currently, I'll simply understand this one"; talking about another dessert on-display and already in a ready pot. He got really annoyed and informed me “I provides you with that dessert free of charge but I'd like one to realize that I don't such as the method you spoke to us and handle my employee” among other activities and he was shouting at me. After I told him that I'm a person who's simply informing him what I'd like, he angrily and arrogantly retorted "that's not appropriate, you've togo using this shop. Walk out this shop, you're really rude to my team, abandon this store or even I'll contact protection, I'll contact authorities, etc". And so I told him, "Why have you been achieving this to us, we didn't do something incorrect, why have you been bothering us? ” this time around individuals are all considering us. Some are giggling, some are simply searching since he's shouting and tugging the wagon from us.
