Peter Luger SteakHouse
Peter Luger Rude Employees, Poor Company Policy, and Overrated food

Cafes, Bars, Restaurants Bill1215 0

I am a big fan of steaks but had not yet tried the top rated steak of New York City. I decided to make a reservation on May 14 at the Brooklyn Peter Luger SteakHouse restaurant and invited some friends and business associates visiting from overseas. I looked forward to eating there. I commented that they might want to consider wearing hair nets to prevent such incidents. Got sick and ...

The time I made up my mind to complain, I found no one to talk to, since she proclaimed to be the manager, then a cook listened to me literally 3 minutes before starting to gesture and hush ...

I went to the local McDonalds and ordered a large decaf coffee. 20 minutes later I still had no coffee and was not able to get a refund. I am still thirsty and it has been over an hour. I am a dollar 26 poorer and STILL thirsty. What gives? Mcdonalds corporate policy says coffee is to be made every ...
