Did not get what i ordered - double whopper with cheese

I orered two double whoppers with cheese combos. When i got to the window i went back over my order the order taker said my sandwiches did not have cheese and they had all ready made my sandwiches. My fries was cold, and my tea was very very sweet. When i returned home i had to add my on cheese, heat my fries and add water to my teas.
