Your male managers need do to do more than just stand in the back bar area and shoot the breeze with the waitresses while were waiting and waiting for are drinks to be refilled. If they were out on the floor they could easily see the glasses piling up. But if your standing in one spot all night you don't have a clue whats going on. They should making sure the waitresses are the there job. If they want to manage the manage don't just stand there collecting a pay check. The female managers seem to do a much better job of making sure things are up to are expectations as far as the meal is concerned. We use to really enjoy going to Applebee's in Muscatine but no so much anymore. It wouldn't hurt to put a smile on there face either not very friendly.
