Let me introduce you to the latest English word that La Cucina Italiana restaurant establishment exemplifies to the max. Gouge and Overpriced My son decided he would like pasta primavera... A pasta dish with marinara sauce and some vegetables on top. It was not listed on the menu so they said they had to specially make this dish for him. I had Veal Piccata an $18.00 plate, which obviously included meat. My sons was only pasta with veggies, very little veggies to boot. When the bill came I was shocked, they charged us $24.00 for the pasta primavera! Unbelievable, no way did I ever see that price for such a simple dish on the menu. I have eaten in other Italian restaurants and ordered pasta primavera and it was only $13 - $16 at the most. I have eaten there before... Too high priced for my taste and the food is not anything to write home about. Let me just say, I commented to the waiter about the price, and I saw him approach the proprieter however, you chose to gouge us anyway! I would not recommend this restaurant ever to a friend or anyone because of the way they took advantage of us!
