As my son and I were traveling from South Carolina. We stopped at this Shoney's resturant... The service was not good, but upon sitting in our booth we hear this manager (Charles Berry) addressing a server in a derogatory manner. Mind you this is in front o all customers. He makes the statement that he makes more money than this young man... And more sour statements. That is poor managerial skills. If there needed to be a correction, it was not in front of the clientel. I have been in mamagement, and the associates are somewhat a result of your mamagement abilities. I was offended at such a reproach to an individual in public... It reflects poor integrity. I hope this is not the type of company that encourages brutish treatment to workers. I had been more than willing to eat at Shoney's establishments... But I now see I must look a little closer at what buisness I choose to support.
