Mr Julian Giaconne (pronounced Juhl-lee-ann Giah-connie) is General Manager of Dominos Pizza in Boerne, Texas. I am an ex-employee of this particular establishment. I worked there for a period of 3 months before going off to College in July.
In the 4 months I worked there, I have witnessed Juhl-lee-ann Giah-connie yelling at other employees, talking about these employees behind their backs, using extreme profane and vulgar language. I have talked to a few of the other ex-employees and one current employee, who will all remain unnamed. They acknowledge my observations.
Oh and if your reading this Juhl-lee-ann Giah-connie, I drove the brown truck. And my other friends who worked there drove cars. Remember me? I know it was you who put glass in my pizza.
On several occasions Juhl-lee-ann Giah-connie would threaten to fire employees for small infractions. He is very over bearing in his attempt to be a GM. Dain doesn't still realize that Juhl-lee-ann Giah-connie steals from him and tries to frame the Assistant Manager. I got that part from a few ex-employees.
Now, I will go on to my beef. Juhl-lee-ann Giah-connie has threatened to have me killed because I smarted off to his over-emotional girlfriend Samantha. The story on them is that Sams kids were taken away from her because i'm sure the courts of California (where shes from) deemed her an unfit mother. She claims her ex-husband kidnapped them. Sounds like a spiff off the Jerry Springer show, kinda trashy if you ask me.
Juhl-lee-ann Giah-connie supposedly has 2 or 3 other brothers in the area. They are all from New Jersey. I know Juhl-lee-ann Giah-connie has an obonoxious New Jersey accent. I don't know his brothers, I think I met one of them. But supposedly they ran from the 'mob' the 'sopranos' the 'mafia' the 'italiano pastaroni crew' the 'italian rippers society' or whatever the hell the damn italians (Juhl-lee-ann Giah-connie and his brothers) call the mob, in Florida. They found themselves in smalltown Texas.
Because Juhl-lee-ann Giah-connie has threatened to have me killed because I smarted off to Sam, he took the liberty of putting glass in my pizza yesterday. I opened the box and there were shards of glass on the pizza, I guess he failed to conceal the one piece poking through the cheese. Upon further inspection I found numerous shards below the cheese. That should be considered attempted murder right there.
When I was working there in the summer of I witnessed Juhl-lee-ann Giah-connie put sanitizer solution on top of a deep dish pizza. Because the customer was 'an ahole' and the customer was rude, he had the pizza delivered to the customers house. I have since reported this establishment to the Better Business Bureau, and the attorney general for possible charges. I have the pizza in my custody, and I will be using it as evidence should a criminal investigation warrant based on what i'm complaining about.
As for you Diane and Mark, don't be afraid of Juhl-lee-ann Giah-connie. He just uses lame scare tactics and intimidation to make himself feel better. Since his old *ss mother is wasting away because of a dried up mass of benign cell feces (also known as cancer to most) is stinking up her brain, she is withering away, and he can't deal with the fact of his mother dying. He probably blames himself because he can't be with her in a time of need. I'd say he needs to get grip on reality and rethink his customer service, and employee relating skills, also known as human service skills. Otherwise people will still think of him as an selfish, mean spirited, self conscious, braggart, insecure, nasty, racist prejudiced individual. Oh and the acne. If you were to take a gillette razor across Juhl-lee-ann Giah-connie's face, you would have a few pounds worth of pimples and puss. Squeeze a zit on Juhl-lee-ann Giah-connie's face and you have italiano spaghettio ala-mode string cheese coming out of that Mount St. Helens Volcano on his face.
If anyone can help me in my pursuit of getting Juhl-lee-ann Giah-connie fired or put in jail, please let me know. I am already working with 2 former and 1 current employee. Thank you for any help you can give.
