My family has spent literally thousands of dollars at this seafood place, getting crabs every weekend for two straight summers in a row. Last week we ordered shrimp because an employee told us they were from Canada. When we got there, the owner informs us that the shrimp were from the Gulf. We bought 5 pounds even though we were trepitadious about it because of the oil spill.
The owner acted like it was no big deal that his employee lied to us. He didn't even ask him to apologize. On our way home we talked and were miffed that we had been long time customers and treated like crap by the owner who we have seen several times so be knew we were good customers.
So we called back as we wanted to return the shrimp. We were no more than 2 minutes gone from his business and he refused to give us back our money. Not to mention on many occasions we have ordered half and whole bushels of crabs and gotten several female crabs mixed in which we should not have happen given that females large much cheaper than male crabs. We will never go back there. People from Salisbury beware... This place does not values it's customers or the quality of the product they sell. You are better off going elsewhere.
