I had the worst experience at the sixteen acre's 1918 wilberham rd dunkin donuts in springfield, ma.
I came into get hot chocolate and coffee. I overheard the manger swearing and yelling stating that he will fire the next person that doesnot do what he says. I was very disturb with this type of action do to little children standing there.
I also bought a bottle of milk $1.59 and when it was rung up it came up at $1.70. When I said something to the manger he states that there is tax. I should not tax on bottle milk.
