On april 6th '04, I purchase a beans burrito at bennys mexican food, to go. Got home 2 bites into it I chewed on a stone found in the burrito. I call the restaurant right away to informed of problem. Then I called the owner.
The owner of bennys gave me a phone #to his insurance. I call the insurance to let them know of the prolem. They said will meet to talk about it. We will call you. To this day I had call many times they never answer and when they do they say the person in charge of my case is busy or out town.
Mean while my tooh is chipped very sensitive and don't know what to do.
