Restaurant complaint

I was at your applebee"s at eastpoint mall 7760 eastpoint mall baltimore, md21224. Mark was the waiter, He was ok. However i ordered the new shrimp with wheat noodles.
Was not good, did not have any taste. I did not say anything, i thought it would get better.
