This McDonald's in Sarooj, Muscat, Oman over the past couple months caused several complaints
1. Always out of stock of regular items - Apple Pie, Hot Chocolate
2. Take orders for Stock Out Items - long wait and then cancell order
3. Watery Hot Chocolate - the Chocolate ran out and nobody noticed!!!
4. Get my order wrong more times than not Ask for meat and you get chicken
5. Some really Rude and Bossy order takers - too bad the few good ones are too few to make up for the really bad ones
6. Single counter open at lunch hour!
7. Make customers wait at least 5 mins (this is not during busy hrs) even though they have about 8 people working and only a few customers.
Burger King is reopening in Oman shortly
All McSuffer-ers in Oman will move over to Burger King
