Eally poor service... As usual. I visited panera and requested a soup... And questioned if your specific factor was within the soup—the lady explained no. I expected her when the soup might be provided without it—she mentioned it was within the soup. I had been confident they included it later... And requested her often and he or she assured me it had been within the soup. Actually the man producing the soup could not have stated "you'll have it without it" since I have did not need it... I acquired the soup and it was simply major and never what I needed due to the additional factor. I actually called back and requested the girl. And she mentioned it arrived within the soup—again same fool woman. Then I named another panera to question them if you're able to get it with no product plus they stated yes... And so I called back again to keep in touch with the supervisor... And he explained "you will get it without it" and so I stated your worker explained 4-5 occasions that you simply cannot... She's providing the incorrect info. He explained she is fresh and have been there per week but must have requested. Anyhow the support at panera is definitely poor or inexperienced—with respect to the people operating there-but it had been only a poor encounter... Whilst the silly woman was simply rude strange and supplying the incorrect info as an idiot, when she'd no idea about something and never actually requesting other people... The individual providing the meals out was rude also... So poor incompetent support general... The supervisor was good enough though
