My local McDonald's in Jay, Maine cannot seem to get it right for making the Southwest salads. Today was the seventh time (in the last year) that I have gotten that particular salad without the "chip strips" that go on top - which pretty much makes that salad great. Five times it was because they had forgotten (now I don't leave the window area until confirming) and the other three were because they were out of them, but failed to tell me when I was ordering - which does not give me the opportunity to order something else. Even today, the manager was right there - and she KNOWS this has happened to me all the other times... Guess they have lost my measly business for good!
