Drive Thru menu advertises crunchy tacos at 99 cents. Because I ordered chicken, not beef, I was charged $1.49 each. When I brought the ad to their attention I was informed that 99 cent tacos were beef only. I proceeded to explain that was not designated on the menu. I tried calling the 1-800 number posted at the restaurant for comments, but the number is no longer in service.
#1. If tacos are advertised for 99 cents. Unless specified then all should be 99 cents.
#2. Having a number to call that is not in order is even worse. What do you have to hide?
#3. Rude, rude workers...
#4. Quality of food - from 1-10 - (2) I will not be returning to Taco Bell.
#5. Previously I asked for a Taco with no meat whatsoever, Only the shell, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream. I was charged 50 cents more per taco.
