I used to regularly order from Pizza Hut. They have great food. I ordered for delivery, and usually pay with a credit card. When they come to the house, they don't check my photo ID or the card's numbers against the physical cards last 4 digits.instead, they put an imprint of your ENTIRE credit card on the receipt.
In FACTA was passed and it specifically states in Section 605 that there is a maximum of the last 5 digits of your credit card that are allowed to be on any digitally printed receipt.
When I called their corporate office, they are aware that this is a blatant violation of federal law, but said that is company policy. That the "banks are requiring them" to break federal law.
If you pay with a credit card when ordering from Pizza Hut, your entire credit card information will be made available to their minimum wage employees. They will be able to copy your credit card number and expiration date and have the ability to make fraudulent charges.
If anyone has seen false charges on their credit card after ordering from Pizza Hut, contact an attorney.
