I work overnights so my "lunchtime" split is about club final period, in order much as junk food areas I'm fairly restricted with options. I chose to go to the Mcdonalds on 38th e in fargo, that we have now been to varied occasions without any issue. Nevertheless about the day on December 28th (around 2:25am) I go through the toughest customer support ACTUALLY! The person getting the purchases in the audio was rude before I really could actually purchase. After putting my purchase and shifting towards the first screen, he simply caught his give away the window and grabbed the cash from my fingers, I'd to knock-on the window to provide him the change part of my whole. After tugging from the 2nd screen i examined my carrier to ensure the dipping sauce for my chicken nuggets was there, and undoubtedly it was not. I yanked back around towards the drive-thru and just requested for that marinade I'd requested for with my blocks. The person clicked back " draw towards the minute screen and shout at them, its not my y - ing problem" at this time there where 5 vehicles in front of me, after I got towards the first screen i whilst the guy "may I simply get my marinade below and so I do not have to hold back any more" He condemned the window-then returned and informed me it'd be $. 50 per box. I stated " I ordered a-10 item nugget and would really like the marinade I requested for after I initially requested" This guy then proceeded to shout obscenities and named me every title within the guide subsequently explained to visit hardee's and condemned the screen. I had been nearly in tears. I ripped up-to the 2nd screen and passed my carrier towards the woman there and stated " All I'd like may be the marinade I initially requested and so I can-eat my blocks, used to donot require that guy shouting at me" at this time I really could still notice the person within the back calling me titles and promising up a surprise. She passed me the marinade and shut the screen. No apology or something. I delivered to function and named the shop requesting to talk to the supervisor. Justin gave me the guys name-but again no apology or something from him. I expected him if this really is anything they are doing on the standard schedule he merely stated "its been an extended evening" I've never been thus humiliated and injured by somebody whom I actually donot understand. Unfortunately I understand that nothing is likely to be completed to this guy, he'll continue managing clients such as this. What-ever occurred to customer support???
