I visited supper having a friend had one glass of wine and we each had an entree. The statement found 48.69. I included a 8.00 suggestion or about 20%. After I examined my charge card 2 nights later it stated our statement was 123.69. I nearly had a coronary attack. Evidently 80.00 was included for that suggestion. I named the supervisor arguing this quantity and fortunately had the receipt although not the end part for my bill. The supervisor seemed amazed that used to donot wish to abandon 80.00 to get a suggestion or 200%. He really contended with me about this. I believe that's such poor customer support and thus totally absurd. I told him to clear it-up or I had been likely to challenge it with American Express. I truly believe that these folks have to utilize some traditional sense.
