I bought one of these carts and had problems from day one. I took my cart back to Sebstian a few times for repairs leaking water from fresh water tank etc. The Hot dog cart is pretty much falling apart, I have to make repairs to it constantly. On my last trip to check on my cart repair status it was sitting behind his garage after two weeks not even looked at.
I had to pretty much threaten his works to fix it or else. Their Father started speaking in spanish to his sons, I guess blasting them to fix it. Honestly I just stopped calling the man, he doesn't care about you after the purchase. I just wished I knew what to look out for before laying down a couple of thousand. Oh by the way. I had to rework the copper gas line because the right burn caught on fire due to the flange fitting that connects to the burner was cracked.
Just be careful who you deal with if you don't know some people will get you
