I went into Burger King on 9/21/08 at 1128 am. The purchase was obtained excellent except there is someone to several Children foods on my bill. The cashier discovered it soon after tshe charged my bank card for $41.58. She stated she'd obtain the supervisor then your asst. Supervisor arrived to recredit my $3.39 for that kids dinner. She served as though she'd never acknowledged a bank card in her lifetime. She terminated my entire purchase and stated the cashier needed to place my entire purchase in again. Today she debits my card for another $37.90. Why she could not have simply did the $3.39 I actually donot understand. Today my food is prepared for 10 units and that I still haven't compensated the supervisor tosses my togo purchase on the holder spots all of the chips so when I informed her it had been togo she simply acquired the 6 containers of chips and left the chips in the holder in to the carrier. I actually donot understand if she's fresh or what but that's not the way you handle a visitor. I'll not go back to there again till she understands just how to do her work and handle clients with regard. Also because of your cashier for knowing the problem.
