Our cousin and that I choose to go outoftown and chose to have meal in the Soupis in Carmel, IN. Being of the former Soup-mind myself for 5 decades, I understand what great customer support is. Often I'dnot title titles, but this time around I'll, just since personally I think our host wants some additional interest in further instruction when coping with people. Their title was Ken, even though he did the typical host needs, request our beverages and purchase, which was really ALL he did. He did not jot down our purchase and, consequently, forgot a couple of things. As we attempted to consult him to obtain it for us. Again... He kept attempting to wander as if he was in certain kind of rush... Relax and delay till we are done speaking please! He offered us our statement before finishing our purchase! He did not state 2 phrases to us about something... Which makes it a bit uneasy. We were still attempting to be ethical & stated our "appreciate you's" and "may you.", but he'dnot say SOMETHING to us. Lastly, we were frustrated and did not wish to remain one minute longer. With atleast 3 containers within our fingers, he did not actually provide us a carrier, so we'd to request the coordinator. The coordinator, incidentally, amazed people aswell. We questioned her to get a handful of wet naps, but she did not understand what these were! Seriously, Soupis offers wet naps... I Have visited my fair-share of Soupis through the nation & realize that Soupis offers wet naps for TOGO purchases. Since I have was a former Soup-mind, I ensure that I usually keep atleast 40% guidelines wherever I venture out to consume, nevertheless, our support was soo remarkably poor that on the $40 solution, we simply quit $3... That we still believe is a lot of for the support there.
