Our boy, Brian Collins was operating in the pizza hut on Ashley River Rd. Among the workers, Trina, appeared to have an attitude problem with him. She did not like him for many unknown cause. She berated him every opportunity she got. She reported when he first began working he all messed up reducing a pizza and informed him never to can get on the cutting table. One Saturday, a couple weeks before, the GM Shannon was on holiday. Steven in the Savannah Hwy shop was delivered to load in. He informed John to obtain about the cutting desk and he loved his work. Then he informed him to create a pizza and he was pleased with that. He was displaying John much more he had been proven, since Trina informed him he was just employed to clean dishes.
While Shannon returned from holiday, he would try to move towards the Savannah Hwy shop to work with Steven. On Monday, John went directly into get his examine and Trina lit into him yelling he was obtaining created up since he went against her purchases. John informed her to keep in touch with Steven and he or she stated she did not need to she understood what happened. She was informed with a friend of hers that John all messed up 3 pizza. Great humorous Steven did not understand something about this. I spoke to Steven myself and he'd not a problem using the method John worked and desired him to come quickly to the Savannah Hwy shop. Trina stated Mark cursed at her after she cursed at him. He does not remember what he explained but he was prepared to inform he he was sorry.
He went in later to obtain his check and was informed he'd not have it till he switched in his standard since he was dismissed. He was surprised and incredibly annoyed. There's no justification for him cursing her, but she did not need to shout and problem at him.
John's father died in May and that I am not actually ready to function. He was helping out with a few of the expenses. We're preparing to get rid of our house. He liked performing at pizza hut, however now he cannot look for a work.
I understand this can not assist him get his work back, but I thought like Trina ought to be held accountable. He published a notice to Shannon, but nothing was completed about this. He was wishing she may help him get his work back. It appears tome like she must have waited before General Director returned and allow her handle. I am aware, Trina isn't said to be ready to employ and fireplace. I've experienced the shop and friends of mine have requested pizza and also have reported concerning the disrespect of Trina.
He called today to obtain his final examine and Trina was nice as glucose to him. Since she was critical in obtaining him dismissed, she really wants to be good.
