Burger King's employees are lazy, and do not live up to the marketing claims made by their chain in Madison, Indiana. I've been eating whoppers at nine in the morning for years, but they will lie about their grill to you if you want it your way before 10:30 am.
Corporate does not care as you must launch an investigation to find their contact info. When you do reach them, they call the store, and give all your personal information to the employees you are calling about so they can harrass you at home.
I got a Whopper meal in the afternoon, and was greeted by a man that seemed high on drugs. He was more interested in chatting with me than paying attention to me so he could take my order correctly. After I ignored his attempts at irrelevant conversation he promptly MOVED ON TO CHATTING WITH THE MAN BEHIND ME, rather than focusing on what I was ordering!
I sat down to eat, and found my sandwich had pickles, when I ordered no pickles. I took it back to the counter, and a nice girl threw the whopper out, and proceeded to make me a new one. The original man who took my order came over to inform everyone that I was lying, that I hadn't ordered no pickles! I promptly informed the three workers that I wanted my money, not a sandwich, and I did not need him calling me a liar when he was more focused on chatting than taking a correct order. I got my money and left.
After trying to get a whopper at 10am, and being refused, I contacted corporate. They gave all my info to Randy, the chatty cathy who lies and called me a liar! He called me several times at home and would not stop calling me! This Burger King stinks.
They also ask you to pull forward when you go through the drive-thru, even when no one else is in line! They must take pleasure in letting your food cool as they waddle it out through the dining room, around the building and finally over to your car. And you better count on checking your bag and finding something wrong or not included. Then what do you do? Come in to to the store to complain if someone did come to the drive-thru, preventing you from going back around?
