He wasn't carrying a name-tag and his employees preparing the meals weren't sporting Gloves that we discover HORRIBLE! Everytime I get into this shop I request the employees to put up there gloves, that we shouldn't need to do everytime I eat there. If GLENN was performing his work he'd create his workers use gloves while pressing and managing the clients food.
I've been likely to this Mcdonalds for two decades. I requested a large breakfast, WITHOUT ANY COOKIE, include an xtra egg and also have never in two decades been billed for an xtra egg. Glenn was Rude and attempted receiving me $1.50 xtra for an xtra egg.in the place of creating a normal client pleased, Glen created a picture within the shop before everybody and explained " Well thats not the way in which it's below, you'll spend xtra for the egg" HECK number I'll not spend $1.50 xtra for my egg, I've been purchasing my large breakfast in this way for quite some time and also have NEVER been billed! Glen is Impolite, Unprofessional, and it is a sorry reason to get a supervisor. I intend on calling the panel and processing many grievances against GLENN, throughout an xtra egg. Glenn must get courses on the best way to handle his clients and he must create his employees use gloves daily!
