Out of Stock Items, Wrong Orders, 20 Minute Bagel Wait

Always out of stock on things my friends and I in Florida want! I am only talking about the Florida ones here; I do not know about other states. And they get my order wrong at least half the time, and my friends' too!!! Grrrr! And it takes 20 minutes to get a bagel!!!
