Sears - Terrible customer service, bad food - Tea

I stopped by Subway yesterday to order tea. The young man (Austin) was exceptionally rude and I waited and waited to place an order. I got my tea and it smelled and tasted like raw sewage, so I went around the block and entered the store to return it. I told the young woman at the cash register that it was bad team and I would like to exchange for another drink out of their refrigerator, rather than a fountain drink. I had money to pay the difference. The young man (Austin) immediately jumped down my throat and told me I could not take a drink from the refrigerator and wrongly assumed that I was not going to pay the difference. He was extremely unprofessional, rude and didn't bother to inform or ask questions or have any sort of conversation. It was rather unbelievable how nasty he was. Since he refused to allow me to get a different drink, I asked for a refund and he began to argue and continued to be rude and unprofessional. He finally gave a refund. I asked for the manager's name and phone number. He refused the phone number and said she (Stephanie) would be in the next day. I called today and he said she wasn't there. I left my name and number and requested a return call. He said she MIGHT be able to call, but no guarantees... Only if she "felt" like it. Wow! This establishment has the poorest customer service I've ever encountered. This lack of care and bad attitude reflects in the poor quality of their food as well. If you can help it, you will do yourself a favor by avoiding them like the plague.
