I went to a Dunkin'/Baskin Robbins in Chesapeake, VA and was given a bad attitude by one of the workers. I was not told which order was mine and when I asked I was told that no one else was there so yea it probably was. There was people in the store and I'm not sure why I deserved an attitude for wanting something to eat... When my order was ready the disheveled employees slammed my order bag on the counter. Upon opening my bagel had about a quart of cream cheese on it and I had to scrape it off. The employee's hygiene was gross and the food was bad, please improve.
