My mistake

I posted about a piece of metal in my potatoe and found it to be my mistake. I thought it came from the kitchen but it turned out to be the top of the pepper shaker which fell apart when I tried to use it. I went to the resaurant and matched it with the shaker yet the food did come out cold and dry.
