I have been to a few blenz places before as I am an avid hot chocolate fan. I went I to this establishment today at around 330pm April 27. We ordered hot chocolate and a coffee drink for my friend but the worker said they were out of whip cream and ran out of the proper lids. As we grabbed a table I noticed the table was really dirty and had to wipe it down myself. Sitting down on the chairs i told my friend thud is the last time we come to this location as i noticed the floor was really dirty too. I over heard a customer sting the bathroom was out of toilet paper. As we left with our drinks and my friends banana bread she finaly unwrapped it as she noticed it was expired and had lots of mold on one side. I drove all the way back and got my refund and did apologize but it still did not impress me. I can let a few things go but this was very poor standards of practice from a well known coffee chain. I even like this place more the Starbucks and even have a distant relative who owns / manages a blenz coffee establishment and a cousin who works for blenz. I don't usually complain but I hope someone sees this and upper management gets involved.
