I made an error, as people do, when placing a gift card order online. I immediately called to fix the problem. Their stuttering, mumbling answer, "I'm sorry, once you place an order there is nothing we can do to change it." What?! So then I asked when they would arrive, and they couldn't tell me that, either. It was RIDICULOUS, in my opinion, that there was absolutely nothing they could do to help me or even express that they felt bad that their process is so messed up!
