On Friday, January 4 about 6:20pm, my family sent my brother to go get Burger King on Portage Avenue, South Bend, IN. We wrote out a list so nothing could be messes up like it normally is. When he got there, he handed them the list and when he got the food he knew he needed to check it so he just made sure he had the right amout of stuff. They forgot 2 whopper, though he stood there for 30 minutes or so and there was only one other customer. He got the food and rushed home because my 2 children were starving, and very tired because they are sick. When he got here, there were only 6 chicken nuggets when we ordered 10, all the whoppers had everything on them and i only ordered it with ketchup and cheese because im allergic to pickles and tomatos, they didnt put anything on my mothers burger though she wrote down everything including mayo and everything was cold. My brother happened to get a double whopper and it was only ketchup and cheese so he just scrapped off one of the everything whoppers and put one patty on that. We debated on calling to complain because its always messed up, until i had to run to the bathroom because i had diarrea and was throwing up. Couple minutes later, I guess my brother ran to the other bathroom and had the same problem. After an hour or so i finally could leave the bathroom so i got my kids to sleep and called them. I women named Brittany answered the phone and i asked to speak to a manager and she said "ok I am." so I explained everything and she then replied very snobby like, "Yea well what do you want me to do about it?"... That is NOT how anyone should treat a customer and that is the second time i got food poisining from that specific place and honestly I need to know they are informed and checked order because theyre staff is rude and they are not using fresh or clean things there if im getting sick.
