Mike Drumm is a fast talking liar. He works out of his home for the most part has one aide-he runs around telling new franchisees that their FDDs are useless illegal, and he can do it much better. He then charged us almost $20,000 and asked us for another $17,000 for the registration states.
Once paid he will never get back to you. He has just had a report filed with the Attorney General in his state and my attorney has contacted the state bar to report him for his unethical and illegal actions. Keep away from this man-there are many better attorneys out there.
We had a minor dispute with someone-he kept pushing us to file a law suit so he could earn tens of thousands. We ended up coming to a very cheap and mutually beneficial resolution with this co, and then we fired Michael Drumm. We had heard similar things about him when we were at an IFA conference.
