This company calls you and says "Just try it for 30 days, if your not happy, then cancel and all charges will be refunded".
First off, it takes about 30 days to recieve the paperwork, so by the time you get it, its too late to cancel.
Second, No one answers the phone, ever! Then when you leave a message, no calls are ever returned.
Third, If for some odd reason you ever get a real person on the phone, they tell you its too late, no refund. Even though you have never used them and called hundreds of times with no hope. Their Customer service also gives mixed signals. One will say, "Just Leave a message saying cancel & you will be refunded", another will say, "You must speak to a represenative personaly".
Heres my main Problem,
If this is a real company that wants to make "Small Businesses" happy, then why arent they helpfull? I have never used their services or have I ever recieved a Credit Card. Yet, they want to keep my money for no services rendered. I could only imagine what they would be like if I ellected to stay a member? They offer lotts but cant even answer the phone or return phone calls...
Do not let "NSBA" rip you off as they have ripped me off!
