I got a call from a female representative from a company call central support and save with an offer for an unsecured credit card with a guarenteed credit limit of 2000.00. The lady actually told me it was going to be here in 3-5 days from payment. They then recorded a segment of conversation. But when i called back to listed to the recording all that was recorded was an offer for some studid medical benifet stuff and no mention of a credit card. And the say that there is no refund because the debit has alredy been made.
Well today i got the package and there was only an offer for a 25$ prepaid mastercard so i called them and they said there was another manila evelope coming with the credit card offer, but reading all these other stories whith the same story and same result is there anything i can do to get my money back since they have a recording with me agreeing to pay for this package and no mention of the credit card on the record? Please please help me. We just had a baby and this loss of 300.00 and no credit card is killing us.
