I keep getting calls from CCS attempting to collect on a debt. Steve Moran keeps insisting on a recorded line that I will loose my driving priviledges because I dont pay the debt he is trying to collect on. Amazingly he states it more than five times, yet when asked to provide me with the law that specifically states his claim, he cannot come up with it.
Letters, calls and more have been addressed to these guys and they insist on calling. And their robot calls come in at 8:06 am 8:17 am, etc. Etc.
How can these guys get away from with this type of collection attempt? I called the states motor vehicle department for clarification and they almost had to laugh at the absurdity of the whole thing.
