AES AES permitted a loan without my knowledge to my EX wife who knew all my information!

American Education Services (AES), student loan provider for Personal Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) permitted a loan in my name that I did NOT apply for, without so much as any form of contact with me and has since made false report and claim to the IRS resulting in the theft of $2551.00 in income tax refunds by AES, and the slanderous ruination of my credit report. This has cost me thousands of dollars in court costs, hotel fees, unpaid days off of work, etc, in attempt to clear my name. Four and a half years ago I cooperated with the AES Fraud Dept including everything asked for in their "Fraud Packet". I've taken them to court and watched them lie about this. I've never agreed to this loan or to repay it. AES offered an "inperson hearing" over this matter. I requested this in writing within their 10 day frame and they reneged and refused me. That is the one of many unethical treatments they've done to me

AES's business practices are A) Dishonest B) Unethical C) Irresponsible in handling Federal Funds, issuing loans without communicating with borrowers, giving ease to identity thieves D) Consider themselves untouchable, disregarding citizens rights by levying penalties and false claims, thus stealing money from people who never borrowed a penny from them, and E) Appear to be protected by the Federal Government!

AES is as corrupt as the infamous ACORN (reference Glan Beck). The similarities are appalling.

If there are any attornies reading this that have the skills neccessary to bring AES to justice, I have documentation and since I will make time, I am willing to take the theives to court. Believe me they don't want to go there or they would have taken me to court by now. Recently I read about the "Big Banks" responsible for the morgage mess resulting in the Federal Government "Bailout" were fined and penalized, the legal charge is "Reckless Lending." In my case and others, AES is at the very least guilty of "Reckless Lending" and should be brought to justice
