On or about the 12th of June My business partner and I met with Ronald Eaton at Houstons Restaurant to discuss his credit repair services. A trusted friend named Stephan or Unk recommended Ronald. At the meeting Ronald guaranteed to repair our credit in 30 to 60 days and assist in underwriting a business loan for us. The cost of is service was $5000 for both of us in which he agreed to take a $2500 deposit to be paid by bank draft. On July 5th I transferred $2500 to Mr. Eatons account. After almost 4 months of stalling and excuses Mr. Eaton stopped answering is phone and now accuses me of harassing him because I am asking for a full refund. Mr. Eaton not only stole my money but he has wasted my time. The only reason for contracting his company was because time was of the essence. I am asking the court to rule a judgment in my favor for the maximum allowed or $5000 whichever is greater. Mr. Eatons Theft by deception have caused me a lot of grief and prevented me from utilizing other credit services that would have helped me secure a loan for my business.
At this time his whereabouts are unknown seems that all the numbers on his business card are non working and his website

Mr. Eaton is often traveling therefore I will need the courts help in locating him to serve him with the suit. I believe Mr. Eaton is
a criminal and he is using this company as a front to deceive people. Here is additional information on his company from the
Georgia secretary of state website. I pray that the court can assist me in this matter and prevent Mr. Eaton from deceiving anyone else out of their hard earned money
