I owed Capital one over $3000.00 but due to financial difficulties I was unable to made payments. The debt was dismissed in Nj where i resides, the law firm did not sent me any notification that they assumed this dismissed debt, and placed a lein against my wife's house in GA where i happened to have my name on the title of the house but never contributed to the purchased of her property. This law firm refused to removed the lein despite i dont reside in GA, and the mortage company have contacted them.
