I sign agreement with DVA last year. Today it's 2012 and that I have now been attempting to achieve them for termination simply because they wasn't ready to assist me with my situation. I've requested for my profit Escrow Consideration with no response. I signal a termination demand notice oln May but still no response. I maintain a record of everytime i contact or email. The mail is definitely complete and that I cant keep a note. DVA change its cleints to The Company. However the Company state it have nothing related to the cash in Escrow. No body can give me my reimbursement they owe. The cash I've in Escrow they declare it went for appropriate costs. I paid $8000 for attorney costs and over $7,000 for legitimate charge. They didn't manage some of my charge card problems. And so I dont realize why I've to pay for equally. The cash within the Escrow was to pay for my lenders. However they did not spend something towards the lender. And so I would really like in order for them to provide me my profit Escrow Account. The corporation have vary from a lot of titles it had been first Our Option Debt-Management, Smart Advice Monetary, Debt Restructuring of America, Debt Approval of America and Also The Mohnsam Company. However the Company have managed to get obvious they've nothing related to DVA. Personally I think the entire organization is just a rip-off and certainly will not be respected. They've offered me the run-around with no one can help. The corporation is just a huge fraud.
