I originally thought of Scott MacCaughern as a friend. I went to his house in a member guest golf tournament with Pat Prothro on 2 occassions in Salt Lake City, UT. I even invited him to my member guest and he stayed at my house In Austin Texas. Scott asked me to invest in a private placement called Cloud Tech. They were to go public in May. He sold me 155,971 shares in Cloud Tech at 15395 ventura blvd, Encino, Ca 91436. I wired $52,500 to his personal account in november and then another $8000 in january. He told me the expected public offering would happen in may and we had to hold our stock 6 months. I have all related docs for the private placement and proofs of the wires as well as emails if anyone wants them. He came to play in my member guest golf tournament in may at the UT Golf Club. At that point he told me the company was changing names and was very similar to vm ware so I should expect a substantial upside.
