I had medical bills from a result of a car accident and I wanted to tell the collections that, but Maire Bailey would never return calls we made to her over two months. Then our lawyer (who was hired for the car accident) spoke to her and said we wanted to make payments and once again she didn't return any phone calls, so the bills went to court July 3rd. Jim Larson said he was the lawyer for the credit bureau and my husband went to court to represent me. Shawn Vizecky (my husband) told them we would make payments and Mr. Larson gave my husband a buisness card and said to call him to set up a payment plan. Jim Larson did not return our phone calls til Aug. 27th in which we sent out a check for $50.00 that was cashed by Credit Collections Bureau. We asked for a reciept for that check and we never recieved a receipt. The credit place did not send an address to where the payments were to go or a balance on the account. Then on Sept. 14th My husband and I were at our lawyers office when our laeyer got a call from Marie Bailey trying to get sone type of information from him and our lawyer asked if she wanted to talk to us because we where there and she did'nt. Marie Bailey said that she was going to garnish my wages so my lawyer said, "If you are going to do that, Why are you calling me?" We told our lawyer about the check they cashed and trying to set up a payment plan. Marie Bailey wouldn't comment on that our lawyer also told her that it was set up threw Jim Larson.By Maries response Jim Larson does not work for them. My lawyer checked the Bar Association registry and Jim Larson is no lawyer. Now I'm trying to set up a wage assignment and I'm having the same trouble trying to set up that. There is also a discrpency on the amount owed. Court papers say$3,353.98 they say it's $3,410.24 and the $50.00 that was cashed is not taken off that balance either. I feel that this credit place is a big scam!
